What is UX writing?
UX Writing, or user experience writing, is about focusing on the user.
It's about creating c​ontent that helps the user in their goals, useful for them and improves their experience.
Traditionally, a lot of the writing on websites has been brand-centred, and more about selling to the user. This often leads to unclear pages where the next step is not evident for the user, or to content that doesn't answer questions the user might have. Without a UX writer, your copy might be misleading or vague and confusing.

Whether it's a landing page, an error message or instructions, UX writing reaches users in an authentic, practical way.

About me
Hello, I’m a certified UX Writer based in Paris.
​
I worked in the luxury field for over 8 years, managing translation and localisation projects. I made sure translated content was in the style of the brand's image, rewriting & editing where necessary. After a stint as a writer and project manager, I discovered UX and was instantly fascinated.
​
My background in translation means I've used many of the UX writing skills and content strategy elements in luxury contexts for years.
